Building the Future
Our specialist Modern Methods of Contruction and Construction (MMC) teams operate across the lifecycle of buildings to support you at individual stages or every stage of your project.
Digital Design
We understand the unique challenges of optimising the design of offsite and modular projects to deliver improved outcomes.
Working digitally we optimise materials, simplify manufacture and assembly, reduce costs, improve safety and solve issues before starting onsite!
Site Preparation
We deliver groundworks and foundation packages to ensure that the site is ready for the delivery and installation of offsite manufactured systems.
Our understanding of the tolerances and technical requirements for offsite manufactured systems removes the risks of unsuitable foundations, delays and additional costs.
Manufacture
Strategic partnerships with leading, accredited manufacturers to ensure that we meet the required design, specification, budget and timescales with the highest possible standards.
We schedule the manufacture of offsite manufactured systems to take place simultaneously with the site preparation works to reduce the delivery timescales.
Install
Our talented Project Managers support experienced assembly teams to complete the rapid installation of SIPs, timber frame, light gauge steel and volumetric modular systems.
In addition to skilled installers and project managers we also provide logistics, plant and cranes to deliver a comprehensive installation package.
Build
The rapid installation of the dry structure allows for the windows, electrics and other trades to start onsite.
All site activities are co-ordinated by our project managers and monitored by our site managers to ensure on time delivery and exceptional quality.
Projects
We're delivering innovative spaces where people and communities thrive.
Dynamic Services
