WHERE WE STARTED
The Modern Construction Gap
Back in 2016 MMC and manufacturing-led construction had proven itself on large scale projects where big numbers justified the approach.
The problem was smaller developments, constrained sites, bespoke one-off projects where the same methods with experienced teams simply could not compete with the victorian approach to construction.
Dynamic Build UK was created to fill that gap!
