Challenge
The home owner required a fast track solution to meet changes to their lifestyle following a life changing illness in the family. A local builder secured the contract based upon traditional foundations and an offsite manufactured structure with the project delayed due to the builders lack of offsite capabilities.
Dynamic was contacted and quickly put together a rescue plan for both the onsite and offsite works. Within weeks our team was onsite working towards creating an additional home within the families plot.
