The Background 

Faced with a severe homelessness crisis Milton Keynes planned to add temporary homes to keep families together while the City Council worked to find a more permanent home. 
 
Utlising shipping containers and sustainable features to reduce the energy demands and water consumption the units have the capacity for re-use elsewhere at the end of the scheme.  

Our Solution 

Dynamic solved complex issues and completed the installation of this project. Working collaboratively we 
 
supported procurement of missing materials & equipment  
planned installation strategy to increase productivity  
provided labour and project management of the installation 
co-ordinated other trades to support overall project goals 

The Outcome 

Purpose built emergency accommodation creating additional safe homes for the people most in need of housing with: 
 
installation commenced within weeks of contract award 
rapid installation by a 4 person installation team 
minimal disruption to the local community 
limited waste created from the installation of the units
