Dynamic are delighted to have supplied the SIPs structure for this low energy contemporary home in Surrey.
We're continuing to deliver offsite structure solutions nationally with our services providing solutions or project both large and small.
This bespoke 3 storey detached home is designed to meet exceptional insulation, comfort and energy efficiency levels.
Located in the vibrant town of Waltham On Thames on a compact plot of land with an existing community.
The levels of complexity on this dynamic project are high due to the unique design, limited unloading and construction space with protected trees in close proximity to the home.
Integrating Modern Methods of Construction into this project helped to reduce the distruption for neighbours and consolidating materials offsite and optimising the loads for vehicles delivering to site.
