STAGE 4 - Handover

From March 2027, the Future Homes Standard requires every new home in England to cut carbon emissions by around 75% low-carbon heating, serious fabric performance. We’ve been building beyond those numbers for years and testing to prove it. Whichever method your home uses, it’ll be ready for rules that many in the industry are ignoring.
