Dynamic Build UK has helped a Berkshire family turn around a faltering project with an innovative offsite manufactured solution.
This stunning self build home required a lot more than a standardised offsite structure solution with Dynamic rising to the challenges of combining modern and traditional construction techniques.
The planning approval included conditions to ensure that the materials to the external surfaces matched the existing thatch dwelling which presented issues for many of the offsite companies that was approached.
We listened to the architect and client prior to proposing a rapid solution to achieve an energy efficient watertight building within just a matter of weeks.
Utilising our specialist resources we designed, manufactured and installed a hybrid timber engineered structure with a specialist thatch fire-board system that was approved by the Thatching Advisory Service.
