Dynamic Build Group are delighted to have designed, manufactured and installed our latest SIPs structure project.
We worked in collaboration with a South-West based Contractor partners with Dynamic to deliver government funded education project
Our experience from delivering education sector projects within live learning environments supported the successful project delivery:
Structure: SIPs, metal web joist roof and glulams.
Low u-values, improved air-tightness and minimised thermal bridging
Implemented timed deliveries to limited disruption and maintain safe "live school" environment
Innovative engineering to achieve large open plan teaching spaces
Fire mitigation solution to limit the risk of fire spread during construction
“Our agile and 'can do' approach was fully tested with the significant time constraints for the manufacture and installation of this low carbon learning space.
