The performance shell: foundations, structure and a tested, airtight envelope — guaranteed and documented — then your own teams run the fit-out. The hardest, riskiest phases done by specialists; the personal phase done your way.
Your Architect
"The design is done. Build it properly"
We deliver what was drawn with interfaces managed, airtightness achieved, programme kept and your architect’s design delivered. We carry the Principal Contractor duties and work hand in glove with your design team.

We deliver; Foundations, structure, weathertight envelope and documented at handover.
Full Build
We deliver everything: foundations, structure, roofing, windows, exterior finishes, services, fit-out, decoration, landscaping to completion.
SIPS, TIMBER FRAME OR BRICK
The method follows your build not our preference.
Some want the speed of a factory-engineered frame, improed u-values or the sense of solid brick walls! We’re experts in both and because every system still needs real craftsmanship to become a home.

We never push our idea of “sustainability” on to your project.
You tell us the level of energy efficiency and sustainability you’re aiming for whether it is comfortably beyond Building Regs, zero energy bills, Passivhaus principles or certification.
